Low Price Policy
If you've found a lower price online, Nova Lighting Store wants to meet that price and beat it by an additional 10% of the difference!!!
In order to provide this service, we need you to supply
information about the price we are competing against BEFORE YOU PLACE AN ORDER with us.
Email us at
service@NovaLightingStore.com with the URL of the item you want or fax us
the advertisement or other documentation of our competitor's price to 516-221-3337.
The information you send must clearly identify our competitor, the manufacturer,
product, price, date the price is valid and of course your contact information.
We will review the information you supply and determine if and by how much we
can beat the price. Please keep in mind that we factor in product availability and shipping costs.
Please note, we will only consider beating a competitor's price if you contact us BEFORE YOU PLACE AN ORDER with us.
Once your order has been placed we cannot make any adjustments for low price matching.
Certain restrictions apply:
- The merchant offering the lower price must have the product currently in stock
- The price must be a published price and/or you have a written quotation from a competitor
- Verbal price quotes will not be matched
- The merchant must be a Factory Authorized dealer and an established U.S. site, as determined by NovaLightingStore.com
- We reserve the right to determine whether competitors' products and/or prices reflect a true and fair comparison
- We will not match prices from auction sites
- We will not match prices on clearance or closeout items
- We will not lower our price below our cost for the product
- We will not match pricing on products that ship via motor freight
- Our price matching policy is subject to change without prior notice
